Please note: our timber products have been Kiln dried but due to fluctuations in weather and seasonal influence the moisture content of all timber changes. To guarantee stability all timber should be left to equilibrate to local conditions for 8 weeks before installation. Timber is a natural product that expands as it absorbs moisture and contracts as it dries.

  • Returns of non-custom products: Breadboards, Osmo Oils and Timber slabs with no add ons: You have ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

     

    You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you wish an exchange you will need to purchase the product you require from the website once the refund has come through. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

    If you receive a refund due to a fault caused by us, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.

    Merchant fees such as credit card fees or fees from payment providers such as PayPal, Afterpay or otherwise are non-refundable

  • Returns of custom products: Timber slabs with services added eg. Cuts, flattening, sanding, epoxy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products such as timber slabs with custom add ons unless the item is accepted as having a fault caused by Topaz Sustainable Timbers prior to shipping. We do not do returns/exchanges for change of mind or any other reason for custom products. 

In the instance of a custom product having a fault caused by Topaz Sustainable Timbers prior to shipping the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.

Merchant fees such as credit card fees or fees from payment providers such as PayPal, Afterpay or otherwise are non-refundable
